Compare Conveyancing comply with the SRA Standards and Regulations – Sections 5.1- 5.3: Referrals, introductions and separate businesses - https://www.sra.org.uk/solicitors/standards-regulations/code-conduct-solicitors/. Any solicitor to whom we may refer you is an independent professional from whom you will receive impartial and confidential advice. You are free to choose another solicitor.

The Solicitors Regulation Authority (the independent regulatory body of the Law Society of England and Wales.) permits solicitors to make agreements with their introducing sources for referral work. Such agreements must comply with the SRA Standards and Regulations which contains strict rules to safeguard your interests as the customer. Compare Conveyancing and the panel solicitors have entered into a formal referral agreement under Sections 5.1- 5.3: Referrals, introductions and separate businesses. Compare Conveyancing will provide all property searches to the solicitor .

By participating in this giveaway, you are acknowledging and agreeing to the following Compare Conveyancing terms and conditions:

The giveaway is free to enter and open exclusively to UK residents aged 18 and over (excluding employees of The Pip Group of Companies Ltd)

Your personal data will be collected and used solely for the purpose of administering the giveaway.

The giveaway will be conducted four times a year and will include entries received during the following quarters: January to March, April to June, July to September, and October to December.

Within 7 days after the end of each quarterly period, a random draw will be held to choose the winner, who will be notified via email within 7 days of the draw.

The prize, which may include holidays, tech products, and vouchers, will be announced quarterly. It is non-transferable, and no cash alternative will be offered.

If the chosen winner fails to respond to the email notification within 30 days, their right to the prize will be forfeited, and a new winner will be selected by compareconveyancing.org.

The initials of the winner and the date of the draw may be published on our website Compare Conveyancing.

Compare Conveyancing reserves the right to cancel the giveaway or modify the terms and conditions at any time.
